About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Learning and Development Analyst provides dynamic professional development content across the organization through the development and deployment of skills assessments. You will manage the development of training materials and implement learning experiences that support the professional development of all employees as a conduit to San Francisco Health Plan's (SFHP) overall success. Please note that while SFHP supports a hybrid work environment, you are required to be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month. This is a hybrid position, based in our Downtown San Francisco office. Salary: $81,000 to $91,000 annual

Requirements

  • BA degree in Business, Organization Development, or similar fields; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development environment in a corporate office setting.
  • 2+ years of experience with LMS administration, configuration and report development and generation.
  • Experience with needs assessments, adult learning principles, program evaluation, and the design and execution of training interventions.
  • Data analysis skills using training metrics, survey results, and performance data to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) and adult learning theory.
  • Experience in adult learning modalities (Articulate 360 (storyline and rise), Canva, Adobe Premier Pro (video editing, Adobe Acrobat, Vimeo) and the use of AI in content development.
  • Experience in communicating and interacting with stakeholders to deliver insights through presentations, reports and training facilitation.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional Certificate preferred along with one year of project management experience desired

Responsibilities

  • Develop professional, culturally sensitive and diverse learning and development programs to support SFHP programs.
  • Partner with team subject matter experts (SME) and leadership to determine the training needs of their departments and the whole of the organization.
  • Create the learning goals specific to their assigned target audience.
  • Manage the development of training curriculum through the implementation phase of the process.
  • Use instructional design best practices to create and update training curriculum, materials and job aids.
  • Coordinate the development, and ongoing maintenance of the learning management system (LMS) to meet all regulatory compliance protocols; ensure accuracy and content integrity of the LMS.
  • Facilitate training programs that contribute to employee and team development, and business impact.
  • Help develop and implement learning metrics to provide data-driven insights into the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop New Hire L&D Onboarding process for all staff.
  • Maintain the Learning and Development shared site to ensure employees have access to and knowledge of training and development events and resources.
