The Learning & Development Specialist, Leadership and Professional Development is responsible for leadership development opportunities at DESC, building the skills and capacity of our leadership team across all levels. This position will have a focus on maintaining high quality leadership programs, building new courses where there are gaps, and building career pathing for staff to move into leadership roles. This role will also oversee the Train the Trainer program. This position is a part of the Learning and Development team, under the Department of Organizational Equity and Inclusion, and reports to the Senior Manager of Learning and Development.
