What you'll do at Jamf: The Learning Experience Specialist serves as a facilitator, mentor coordinator, and learner advocate within Jamf's Learning & Development team, focusing on the human elements of learning: building connections, facilitating meaningful experiences, supporting mentorship, and ensuring learners feel engaged throughout their development journey. While AI-powered systems handle administrative tasks, this role focuses on activities requiring emotional intelligence, relationship building, and human judgment. Ideal for someone energized by helping others grow, thriving on interpersonal connection, and wanting to make direct impact on employee development. This position offers excellent opportunity for launching a career in L&D with hands-on experience in facilitation, coaching, and program delivery, working closely with L&D Program Managers and Senior Manager, Learning & Development. This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or Austin, TX. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. We are only able to accept applications for those based in one of these three communities.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position – no prior L&D or HR experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Course Facilitation & Workshop Delivery
  • Co-facilitate/facilitate development workshops with guidance from L&D Program Managers
  • Lead New Employee Expedition sessions including Rope Team meetings, panels, and connection activities
  • Create psychologically safe learning environments and manage virtual/in-person session dynamics
  • Adapt facilitation in real-time based on engagement and learning needs; model inclusive practices
  • Capture themes and insights during sessions to inform program improvements
  • Mentorship Program Coordination & Support
  • Serve as primary coordinator for Jamf's employee mentorship program
  • Support mentor-mentee matching through intake conversations; facilitate orientations and training
  • Build mentorship community through touchpoints, office hours, and events
  • Conduct check-ins, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate mentor circles
  • Track relationship progress and identify trends to recommend program enhancements
  • Personalized Learner Support & Coaching
  • Provide one-on-one support for learners identifying development goals and creating learning plans
  • Conduct learning conversations to understand interests and challenges; offer encouragement and accountability
  • Help learners connect learning to role/career aspirations and reflect on development experiences
  • Build trusted relationships; gather qualitative feedback through conversations
  • Learning Community Building & Engagement
  • Foster community among participants through connection activities and program-specific spaces
  • Facilitate peer learning sessions and organize informal events (lunch-and-learns, bookclubs)
  • Identify and elevate employee stories; support employee-led learning initiatives
  • Program Experience & Continuous Improvement
  • Gather qualitative insights through conversations, focus groups, and observation
  • Synthesize feedback and test new facilitation techniques and engagement strategies
  • Stay current on facilitation trends and adult learning best practices; participate in facilitator development
  • Operational Support (AI-Augmented)
  • Oversee AI systems managing logistics, scheduling, and communications; handle exceptions requiring human judgment
  • Review AI-generated communications for appropriateness; ensure technology serves learner experience
