Purpose: The purpose of the Lilly Research Laboratories (LRL) Learning and Development Strategic Learning Associate Director role is to provide strategic direction for the LRL business functions that drives and enhances organizational capabilities. This role is responsible for cross-functional collaboration with key business partners, Lilly suppliers, and other L&D partners to ensure alignment between the learning strategy, curriculum architecture and implementation of the learning portfolio This role supports large, cross-functional learning and performance solutions that ensure personnel are qualified and capable of performing their job responsibilities, fulfilling compliance requirements, and continually increasing their contribution to the business.
