The Learning & Development Program Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering impactful learning programs that build skills, knowledge, and performance across the organization. This role partners closely with department leaders to translate business and compliance needs into effective learning solutions delivered through instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning experiences. In addition to leading instructional design projects from intake through execution, this role serves as the primary owner of the EōS Fitness Learning Management System (LMS) and the keeper of training compliance, ensuring employees remain aligned with state, and employment-related requirements to mitigate organizational risk.
