You will manage aspects of the daily operations of the Learning & Development team within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You focus on guiding the development of employees by participating in the assessment, design, development, and implementation of learning solutions, and through reporting, analytics, and technology to enhance learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement. You will also mentor and train team members to ensure a high level of service and partnership with clients and important partners. You will report into the AVP, Strategic Execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience required: Experience in a formal corporate learning environment, with some experience leading others. Experience in a call center or financial services operations.
  • Two year degree required: Two year degree, enrolled in a program or equivalent work experience.
  • Limited travel as needed (up to 10%)
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support team members to enhance performance and engagement, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Support in the design and delivery of learning solutions to meet departmental needs, ensuring agreement on established standards.
  • Review and evaluate learning solution effectiveness to ensure quality and adherence to department standards.
  • Manage resource capacity to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and align with departmental priorities.
