We're seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs across the organization. This role will be responsible for onboarding and developing Financial Advisors, while also overseeing training initiatives for all employees to ensure consistency in knowledge, performance, and the overall Trajan client experience. This individual will manage the firm's training strategy, curriculum, and materials, partnering closely with leadership and key stakeholders to support both advisor success and firm-wide development. This is a high-impact position ideal for a professional with experience in financial services who is passionate about building scalable training programs, enhancing employee performance, and supporting a growing organization. This role would be fully onsite at our Scottsdale Corporate office.
