About The Position

Bucherer USA is seeking a Fall 2026 Learning and Development Intern who will provide support to the members of the Human Resources team on a variety of projects over for the summer internship program period. The internship will run from September to December and offers compensation of $18.00 per hour. This role offers the opportunity to learn about assessing development needs, curating learning resources, driving engagement, and analyzing training metrics. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally across departments and retail to produce deliverables that positively impact employee experience. Responsibilities include administrative upkeep of the Mystery Shop Program, maintaining and updating online training platforms, managing the brand training calendar, participating in store trainings (NYC market), and supporting the planning and execution of corporate engagement activities and events. Flexibility to support at both the 5th Avenue and Long Island City offices is required, along with ad hoc project support.

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior year student.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strong and confident verbal and written communicator.
  • Ability to maintain utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience in a multitasking work environment.
  • Positive and can do attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred course of study to include Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Knowledge of the watch or jewelry industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Human Resources team on a variety of projects.
  • Assess development needs, curate learning resources, drive engagement, and analyze training metrics.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally across many departments and retail to help produce deliverables that will have a positive impact and experience of our employees.
  • Support in administrative upkeep of the Mystery Shop Program, including reviewing scores, identifying opportunities, tracking successes, and drafting related communications.
  • Maintain and update online training platform(s).
  • Support in managing and updating the brand training calendar for all locations, consisting of 30 plus brands.
  • Participate and observe store trainings and help encourage team engagement (only in NYC market).
  • Support in the planning and execution of corporate engagement activities and events.
  • Be flexible to support at 5th Avenue and Long Island City office as needed.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
