About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Learning & Development initiatives. This role will organize communication, coordinate training events, and support the EDGE (Employee Development Growth and Education) team in elevating each YES Individual's experience. The ideal candidate thrives on checking off tasks, planning, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing logistics for all training events/meetings, including scheduling, catering, and pre/post training communications.
  • Managing the monthly YES University newsletter and maintaining the EDGE communication/travel calendar.
  • Tracking training budget, expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Consolidating data and reporting on training results, engagement metrics, and budget utilization to ensure team improvement.
  • Assisting in updating and maintaining eLearning content where necessary.
  • Reviewing training content for mistakes and consistency.
  • Providing branded templates, communication materials, and short videos as needed to support the EDGE team.
  • Creating and maintaining positive relationships with event vendors and participants.
