About The Position

This role is responsible for developing detailed knowledge of Verra Mobility's business and systems, reviewing and adhering to relevant legislation and contractual requirements, and building effective customer relationships. The analyst will function effectively within project teams, perform needs analysis to build effective training plans, and design, develop, and maintain customized training curricula. The position involves delivering formal training and coaching to external customers using adult-learning techniques, evaluating training outcomes, and assisting with special assignments. Adherence to company policies, including travel and expense guidelines, is also required.

Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Strong consulting, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Skilled in instructional design, with hands-on experience developing training materials.
• Excellent adult facilitation skills.
• Experience facilitating web-based/virtual training, with familiarity with virtual classroom/webinar platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, GoTo Training).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
• Strong organizational, task leadership, and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Office 365).
• Federal security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in learning & development, specifically developing and delivering training solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI).
• Business analysis, project management, and customer service skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of Verra Mobility's business and systems.
• Review, understand, and adhere to federal, state, and local legislation and contractual requirements affecting customers' processes and program operations.
• Build effective customer relationships, proactively engage training participants, and work with customers to help shape their knowledge and experience.
• Function effectively within project teams and develop strong working relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Perform needs analysis to build training plans that are effective for software and technical training to ensure customers’ needs are met.
• Design, develop, and maintain customized training curricula — including presentations and user guides — ensuring materials stay current and accurate.
• Deliver formal training and coaching to external customers, employing adult-learning techniques, and meeting established training objectives.
• Evaluate training outcomes and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the training experience.
• Assist with special assignments and projects, as needed.
• Understand and adhere to company policies, including travel and expense (T&E) guidelines, and submit expense reports on time.
