About The Position

The Learning Advisor will facilitate engaging virtual and in-person presentations, workshops, and classes. This role involves explaining productivity practices and technology solutions in a clear, practical manner to support real estate professionals' businesses. The advisor will adapt content and delivery to meet audience needs, encourage participation, and foster practical application. A key aspect of the role is providing individual learning support to strengthen technology adoption and help agents apply company-branded tools to real estate use cases. The advisor will also identify learner challenges and recommend improvements to learning materials and delivery. Collaboration with internal partners, subject-matter experts, and technology teams is essential. The role requires maintaining current knowledge of productivity topics, company tools, and real estate technology, working a flexible schedule, and occasional travel.

Requirements

Three to five years of professional facilitation, training, or learning-delivery experience with adult audiences.
Strong virtual and in-person presentation skills, with confidence leading audiences of different sizes.
Experience training others on technology products and the ability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and clearly explain new technology.
Ability to adapt established learning content and presentation approaches for different audiences.
Strong communication, collaboration, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
Strong judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in live learning environments.
Proficiency with Google Workspace products, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Meet.
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs and travel up to 30%.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in the real estate industry.
Active real estate license in the candidate's state of residence.
Knowledge of real estate technology platforms and products, including experience supporting technology adoption.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging virtual presentations of all sizes, from individual support and small interactive groups to large webinars.
Deliver interactive virtual workshops and in-person classes or workshops as business needs require.
Present productivity practices and technology solutions in a clear, practical way that supports real estate professionals' businesses.
Adapt established content, delivery approach, pace, and examples to meet audience needs while encouraging participation, questions, and practical application.
Quickly learn company-branded technology products and confidently demonstrate their features and business value.
Provide individual learning support that strengthens adoption and helps agents apply company-branded tools to practical real estate use cases.
Explain complex technology in approachable language for learners with different levels of experience and confidence.
Identify common learner questions, knowledge gaps, and barriers to technology adoption, and share those insights with internal partners.
Recommend improvements to presentations, learning materials, and delivery approaches based on learner needs and facilitator experience.
Contribute subject-matter expertise to new learning content when relevant to the Learning Advisor's experience; content creation is not the primary focus of the role.
Collaborate with Professional Development colleagues, subject-matter experts, technology teams, business leaders, and other partners across Compass International Holdings.
Maintain current knowledge of assigned productivity topics, company-branded tools, and relevant real estate technology.
Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and travel occasionally, up to 30%, for in-person learning sessions.
