About The Position
The Learning Abroad Advisor will contribute to the success of the Office of Learning Abroad (OLA) by providing timely, professional customer service to students and others involved in SUU's study abroad programs. The advisor will work as a valued member of a team that includes the OLA director, coordinators, and student-assistants.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing.
Nice To Haves
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Experience as an exchange student.
- Office experience.
- Experience using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms; Adobe Premiere Pro; Canva; and Canvas.
Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations and student-workers.
- Assist with the maintenance of exchange student records.
- Advise students about study abroad opportunities.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
- Prepare reports as requested.
