Chemours is seeking a Lean Transformation Leader to join our growing Thermal Specialized Solutions (TSS) team. This position will be available at the Corpus Christi Plant located in Ingleside, TX and reports directly to the Plant Manager. The Lean Transformation Leader is a key site leadership role responsible for leveraging the Chemours Business System to enhance employee engagement, drive the acceleration of continuous improvement in operational excellence (including safety and environmental) as well as delivering strategic site initiatives across the site manufacturing value streams. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement with a lean mindset and experience using, and leading, the tools, systems, and methodologies. The role partners closely with the Chemours Business System Team site leadership, cross-functional teams, other continuous improvement experts, and initiative owners to architect and execute improvement strategies, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digitalization methodologies. This is an excellent role for candidates interested in future senior operations leadership roles (e.g Operations Manager, Plant Manager). Candidates must be open to future relocation opportunities as part of the Plant Manager development pathway. Mobility is an important component of this role to support leadership growth and business needs across our plant network.
