About The Position

This role focuses on leading continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations. The goal is to enhance cost reduction, operational efficiency, and labor productivity through data-driven decision-making and the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. The position involves analyzing and optimizing various aspects of operations, including labor utilization, scheduling, workflow, and layout, while fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean management, or logistics operations
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and workflow optimization
Experience with KPI analysis, productivity improvement, and operational cost control
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency
Analyze and improve labor productivity, workforce utilization, and staffing efficiency
Optimize labor hours and operational scheduling to improve overall performance
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement solutions
Drive wave planning and operational flow optimization within warehouse operations
Improve warehouse layout and workflow movement to enhance operational efficiency
Monitor and improve KPI performance across warehouse and logistics operations
Lead and support Lean / Six Sigma projects to drive measurable business improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, planning, and technology teams to implement scalable process solutions
Develop reporting and performance tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making
