Your Role in Detail: As a Leak Survey Technician at Surview, your construction expertise takes center stage. You'll be using state-of-the-art mapping technology and innovative techniques to detect, locate, and assess gas leaks in natural gas pipelines. Your work will be instrumental in turning complex data into actionable insights that directly impact community safety.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ESRI, and related software.
Ability to read spatial data, including coordinate systems, projections, and datums.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with colleagues, clients, and technology.
Valid driver's license.
Readiness for on-site work across various locations in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's in Geography, Geospatial Information Systems, or related fields.
Prior experience in leak surveys.
Prior experience in construction.
Prior experience compiling reports for clients.
Experience interacting with clients in person.

Responsibilities

Detect, assess, and report gas leaks, ensuring the safety of communities.
Master Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools to create impactful visualizations from raw data.
Provide technical support to clients, guiding them through our advanced FlowGIS and Esri software.
Transform daily progress into compelling stories through insightful reports.
