About The Position

Urban Rec is looking for outgoing individuals to join their team as League Coordinators. The role involves ensuring participants have a positive and safe experience while engaging in recreational sports. Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operation of leagues.
• Ensure participants have a positive and safe experience.
• Set up and take down equipment.
• Keep track of time and scores during games.
• Promote upcoming events and league registrations.
• Address first-aid incidents or conflicts between teams.
• Interact with participants to ensure their enjoyment.
• Handle conflict between participants.
• Submit detailed shift reports.
