Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operation of leagues, ensuring participants have a positive and safe experience.
• Set up and take down equipment.
• Keep track of time and scores during games.
• Submit detailed shift reports.
• Act as an ambassador for Urban Rec, promoting upcoming events and league registrations.
• Address any first-aid incidents or conflicts between teams.
• Interact with participants to ensure their enjoyment.
• Handle conflict between participants.
