This role requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage league operations, enforce rules, resolve conflicts, and foster sportsmanship. Candidates should be dedicated to youth development best practices, adaptable to varied work schedules (day, evening, weekends), supportive of youth, staff, and community ideas, possess excellent communication and listening skills, and work collaboratively to support PAL's citywide programming.
