- Minimum of one year of leadperson or supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Help support associates to meet production goals.
- Help support supervisors to keep production flowing.
- Fill in for jobs that need additional help.
- Help monitor quality throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with associates on special projects moving throughout the facility.
- Keep a sharp focus on any safety issues and correct.
- May perform other duties and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
