About The Position

Due to exciting growth, SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Leading Hands to join our long-term Goldfields project on various rosters on Dayshift and Nightshift. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist the Site Manager/Site Supervisor in ensuring our projects meet client expectations and SRG Global’s high standards. This role involves leading the team, ensuring safe and efficient work, and helping to enhance project performance to maintain SRG's market advantage.

Requirements

5 years of experience drilling on blast hole rigs.
Supervisory or Leading Hand experience
Surface blast hole drill experience including Sandvik DPI and Sandsandvik Leopard
Dangerous Goods Security Card
Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude
Previous experience with Blast Crew
Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor Training
HR Class Driver’s License.
Dangerous Goods Driver’s License (WA)
Shotfirers Licence (WA)

Responsibilities

Providing support and supervision to the Drill & Blast Team
Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the drill rigs to ensure maximum output
Working closely with Site Leadership to ensure the project meets client expectations and SRG Global standards.
