About The Position

Jumpstart Your Career in Business Leadership with APR Supply Co. APR’s L.E.A.D. Trainee Program is a two-year leadership program designed to build the foundation for a long-term career in operations and management. Whether you studied supply chain, marketing, finance, or general business, you’ll have the chance to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to real business challenges. The program is based at any of our 10 locations within our Western PA footprint. Throughout the program, you will experience a variety of roles to gain experience in key business functions, such as Customer Service & Operations, Leadership Development, Sales & Marketing, and Branch Management Preparation. The goal is for participants to be ready to step into a Leadership position at the end of the program. The pace and path of the program are tailored to each participant based on their strengths, interests, and career goals. Flexibility in location is key, as the final assignment will be at one of our many branches.

Requirements

Graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Ready to turn education into hands-on experience.
