In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Executing Recruiting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing and hiring executives (e.g. Director, VP+ talent and critical senior level IC tracks)
  • A deep curiosity to understand our business that you are supporting
  • An understanding of the nuances of frontier tech (AI, robotics, biotech, aerospace, or quantum) and can speak fluently with world-class technical leaders
  • An ability to pitch a paradigm-shifting vision and navigate complex, high-stakes compensation negotiations

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting with AI/ML or cloud technologies
  • Experience working both inside a fast-growing, high-growth technology company and at a top-tier retained executive search firm
  • An active, pre-existing Rolodex of leadership talent in specific frontier domains relevant to Autonomous Driving (e.g., Core AI/ML Research, Deep Tech hardware, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Masterful Candidate Experiences: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates, guiding them through a high-touch, white-glove interview process with radical transparency and discretion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Executive clients and decision-makers, understanding their organizational goals to find suitable candidates
  • Architect Search Strategy: Partner closely with C-suite and executive stakeholders to define role profiles, calibrate requirements, and build bespoke sourcing strategies
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide Market Intelligence: Act as an internal consultant, delivering real-time data on market trends, competitor landscapes, and compensation benchmarks to leadership
  • Own Leadership Pipelines: Lead full-lifecycle executive searches (Director, Senior Director, VP, and critical senior IC tracks) across technical and non-technical domains.
