We help our customers bring high-quality supplements and wellness products to market — on time, every time — without ever cutting corners on quality or safety. As we continue to scale, we're looking for driven leaders who thrive in a hands-on, high-energy production environment. We're building a pipeline of strong leadership candidates for our Packaging Supervisor and Production Lead roles across all shifts, with a critical need on 3rd shift. Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for all leadership roles
- Prior experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Working knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and safety standards (nutraceutical, food, pharma, or similar regulated environment preferred)
- Strong communication and coaching skills — able to motivate a team and hold people accountable
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Willingness and flexibility to work 3rd shift or rotating shifts as needed
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily packaging line operations, ensuring output meets production schedules and customer deadlines
- Supervise, coach, and develop packaging line associates
- Monitor line performance, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all packaging activities comply with GMP, quality, and safety standards
- Lead a team of encapsulators or weighers/blenders through daily production activities
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and keep production on schedule
- Train and mentor team members on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Partner with Quality and Safety teams to ensure batches meet specification the first time
