About The Position
The Leadership in Training (LIT) Development Program is designed for high-potential team members who are ready to grow into leadership roles within Allstar Pizza & More. This structured program develops future Shift Captains, Trainers, and Operational Leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-time leadership experience. We build leaders who operate with Heart, Hustle, and Hospitality and who take ownership of results. This is not just a job. It’s a pathway to leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrates natural leadership and accountability

- Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in daily operations
- Assist in running shifts alongside current leadership
- Hold peers accountable to standards
- Support training of new team members
- Demonstrate urgency and ownership in problem-solving
- Complete assigned leadership development checkpoints
- Participate in feedback sessions and performance evaluations
