About The Position

Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina LLP (FML) offers a two-day Leadership Development Program (LDP) for college accounting majors interested in a career in public accounting at a mid-sized Connecticut firm. The program provides an inside look at working at FML, including insights into public accounting, team-building activities with business case studies, a client visit, presentations from Tax, Audit, and Accounting Services Departments, and networking opportunities with FML professionals. It is designed for students passionate about accounting and interested in exploring career opportunities.

Requirements

• Accounting majors enrolled at accredited colleges and universities.
• Plan to pursue obtaining a CPA.
• Rising Sophomores and Juniors.
• Students interested in learning more about a career in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Learn from FML team members.
• Develop professional and leadership skills.
• Build relationships with peers.
• Experience the firm and client environment firsthand.
• Gain insights into public accounting.
• Participate in team-building activities and business case studies.
• Attend a client visit.
