About The Position

Sherwin-Williams is hiring motivated, sales-focused participants for an eight-week Leadership Development Program (LDP) providing practical, hands-on experience in an industrial retail Automotive Finishes branch. Participants work onsite at a branch in the Northeast Region, which covers Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. Candidates must be willing to relocate to a training location in this region. Relocation may also be required for placement after training, and the program may involve two relocations. If an Assistant Branch Manager placement is not available after the initial eight weeks, training may continue at other regional branches based on business needs. The program provides exposure to branch operations, sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning. Successful completion leads to progression into an available Assistant Branch Manager position within the specified sales region. The role involves customer contact, which may include minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other items of value. The company states that it conducts a criminal-history review to protect its business, customers, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
