About The Position

The Overwatch Leadership Development Internship Program is an immersive experience that combines cross-functional rotations, executive engagement, leadership development, public speaking, project-based learning, and mentorship. Interns are expected to think critically, contribute ideas, and challenge conventional thinking while learning how high-performing organizations operate.

Requirements

Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
Professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and contribute positively to group objectives.

Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across multiple business functions.
Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts on real business initiatives and operational challenges.
Attend weekly leadership development sessions focused on communication, accountability, decision-making, and professional growth.
Develop public speaking confidence through recurring presentations to peers, managers, and senior leaders.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, or performance.
Work as part of a high-performing team to complete projects and business challenges.
Engage directly with executive leadership to gain insight into organizational strategy and decision-making.
Complete a capstone project and present recommendations to company leadership at the conclusion of the program.
