Responsibilities
- Participate in leadership and professional development initiatives.
- Support daily team and business operations.
- Assist with coordinating projects, priorities, and team activities.

- Help maintain productivity, organization, and performance standards.
- Learn and apply leadership, coaching, and team-management techniques.
- Assist management with identifying opportunities to improve processes and team performance.
- Support onboarding and development of team members when needed.
- Track goals, performance indicators, and operational priorities.
- Take on additional responsibilities as leadership capabilities develop.
- Represent IGL4US with professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
