About The Position

We equip leaders for tomorrow, inspire new ways of thinking, and build critical capabilities through targeted interventions, including working sessions, workshops, offsites, and more. As a Strategy Execution Consultant at the Senior Consultant or Associate Director level, youll work directly with leaders from the worlds leading and largest corporations. Youll learn how their strategies and businesses work, and youll shape capabilities across the organization. We work in small teams to develop designed experiences - think customized business simulations with financial models, or app-based digital learning, then we facilitate these engagements with our clients in working sessions that incorporates humor, fun, and competition; and youre the facilitator and coach who makes these experiences impactful and memorable. There are no industry verticals at BTS, and you will work with a variety of clients on different types of projects. Youll be staffed on multiple engagements at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across our companys areas of expertise: Strategic Alignment, Business Acumen, Sales & Marketing, and Leadership Development. When youre not facilitating an offsite with your teammates, youll spend your time designing these amazing experiences - interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, and learning. This is all done in a team-based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. Project leadership is also an important component of your work at this level, and youll increase your client- and account management skills. As those skills and your career grow, youll take on more responsibility to find new clients and opportunities to grow BTSs business and grow the careers of other BTSers. We have a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50% of the time when youre not traveling. As for travel, we do that differently than most consulting firms: youll travel when you are leading clients through the designed experiences you and your teammates create. On average youll travel 30-50% of the time, occasionally more than 50%, occasionally less than 30%.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years' experience in consulting, or seven years of work experience in a relevant industry
  • Experience in a client-facing role as well as project leadership.
  • Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required

  • Discusses BTS POV to connect to the clients situation and engages the client to create co-ownership
  • Expands their client relationship within the clients organization
  • Designs and facilitates experiences in a captivating manner while communicating with others as regular people
  • Accountability to Self, Team, and Clients
  • Takes responsibility for own work to help the team achieve objectives and outcomes
  • Creates project plans that anticipate risks and takes action when incremental scope is needed
  • Asks for and gives feedback, and identifies development opportunities for self as well as others
