Over the past several years, our Leadership and Organizational Development (LOD) team has built a strong, integrated system of leadership programs, tools, and learning experiences aligned with Mortenson’s culture and business strategy. As this system has grown in scale and complexity, so has the need for focused coordination, consistency, and operational excellence. We are now looking for a Leadership & Organizational Development Coordinator to provide centralized coordination and execution support across leadership, culture, and organizational development initiatives. This role will lead the critical work or ensuring programs run smoothly, experiences are well orchestrated, and data and logistics are handled with care. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys learning quickly, brings a strong customer service mindset, excels at bringing order to complexity, and supporting programs that are actively evolving and scaling.
