About The Position

Our Leadership Development Program is designed to harness your innate abilities and challenge your week spots to unleash your full potential. During this program, you'll spend time at several of our treating plants and rotate through assignments at our corporate office. Summary : Will be responsible for completing all assigned tasks, which may include the following: performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and trainings, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. Should also be able to complete any required evaluations. The trainee must have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems.
