About The Position

The Leaders of Tomorrow program is designed for undergraduates interested in growing into an influential role in accounting. It offers participants the opportunity to explore the Firm, its culture, and the career-launching benefits offered. Participants will engage in skill-building workshops, network with Firm professionals, develop leadership abilities, and gain a genuine understanding of the responsibilities and advantages a career with PKFOD entails. This one-day, in-person program is specifically for sophomores and juniors.

Requirements

• Completed 2nd (Sophomore) or 3rd (Junior) year in college
• Majoring in accounting
• Plan to pursue CPA-eligibility
• Authorized to work in the United States
