About The Position

Ignite your professional and personal development through Hungerford's Leaders in Training program. Designed for ambitious students exploring careers in public accounting, finance, wealth management, and technology, this exclusive leadership experience provides an opportunity to learn directly from Hungerford professionals while building meaningful connections with peers from across West Michigan. Participants will engage in interactive discussions with our CPA, Technology, and Wealth Management teams, complete the nationally recognized CliftonStrengths® assessment, and participate in a talent development workshop focused on identifying and maximizing individual strengths. The program also includes a catered networking luncheon and the opportunity to connect with Hungerford professionals in a relaxed, collaborative setting. Students interested in future opportunities with Hungerford may also participate in optional internship interviews following the program.

Requirements

• Interest in pursuing a career in public accounting, finance, wealth management, or information technology.
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Freshmen, sophomores, or juniors expected to earn a bachelor's or master's degree within the next three years.
• Commitment to professional development, academic excellence, and community involvement.
• Demonstrated strong dedication to learning and personal growth.
