About The Position
The Crane & Rigging Leaderman is responsible for directing and overseeing their workforce. This leadership role demands a focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental standards throughout the shipbuilding process.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of proven experience in mobile crane operation, rigging, load chart calculations and planning critical lifts within an industrial environment.
- Mobile crane certification.
- Experience in operating lattice boom and crawler cranes in addition to cherry pickers and forklifts.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed.
- Basic computer skills.
