About The Position

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Leader, Special Projects for a per-diem position with 8-hour day shifts. This role is responsible for leading the planning and coordination of special projects in support of the organization's strategic plan on a per project basis. The individual will work collaboratively with internal and external resources as directed. The Adventist Health corporate headquarters in Roseville, California, has been established for over 40 years, and the campus is designed to promote well-being and inspire work, whether virtual or on campus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Seven years' business development experience: Preferred
• Five years' leadership experience: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs projects with responsibility to oversee execution of initiatives from start to finish.
• Leads with an operational focus, overseeing planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
• Acts as advisor to senior management on the development of overall policy and long-term goals of the program.
• Provides program evaluation results to the administrative staff for assessment.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
