About The Position

The Leader-in-Training Program is a full-time, immersive development opportunity for emerging hospitality professionals who are ready to grow their career with Coury Hospitality. Participants will gain exposure to key areas of hotel and hospitality operations while building the leadership skills needed to successfully step into a future management role. This program may include placement at any one of our 45+ locations across the United States. Candidates must be open to relocation and flexible regarding property placement based on business needs, development opportunities, and program availability.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a hospitality-related program, or current Coury Hospitality Curator in good standing
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing and able to relocate or accept placement at any one of Coury Hospitality’s 45+ locations across the United States

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or guest service experience preferred
• Leadership experience through work, internships, campus involvement, or internal Coury Hospitality roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Learning core hotel, restaurant, or hospitality operations through hands-on training
• Shadowing leaders across multiple departments and disciplines
• Supporting daily operational needs while developing leadership skills
• Building strong relationships with Curators, guests, and property leadership
• Participating in development conversations, feedback sessions, and assigned learning activities
• Demonstrating Coury Hospitality’s service pillars and guiding principles in daily work
• Taking initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and support team performance
• Preparing for future leadership opportunities within Coury Hospitality
