The position requires responding to accidents, administering first aid/CPR, gathering information, and completing reports while maintaining confidentiality. Duties include defusing disturbances, resolving safety hazards, handling interruptions and complaints, and escorting unwelcome individuals from the property. Compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and proper use of code responses are also required. Additionally, the role involves assisting management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model, and acting as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. It requires adherence to company policies, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, completing safety training, maintaining a professional appearance, protecting company assets, and welcoming guests according to company standards. The role also involves anticipating and addressing guest needs, thanking guests, speaking clearly and professionally, preparing and reviewing documents accurately, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are essential. The position requires adherence to quality expectations and standards. Some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements. The role involves reading and visually verifying information, inspecting tools and equipment, using computers and point of sale systems, moving at a speed required to respond to work situations, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects, with specific weight limits and the need for assistance for heavier items. Fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces are necessary. The role also includes moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and up and down stairs or ramps, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors may be performed.
