About The Position

RH is seeking a Leader, Home Delivery to lead the execution of our home delivery experience across an assigned market. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across warehouse and delivery functions, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality, care and service expected of the RH brand. As a leader of people and process, you will elevate performance through clear direction, strong partnerships and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will bring together teams, systems and service providers to deliver a seamless, first-class customer experience from the Home Delivery Center to the customer’s home.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in home delivery, logistics, warehousing or a related field within a service-driven environment
  • Relentless passion for providing world-class service within the organization and to our customers
  • Experience leading teams in high-growth, multi-site or complex operational environments
  • Strong operational acumen, including experience managing cost, service, quality and productivity performance
  • Experience leading internal teams and external service providers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the capacity to align teams, cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making grounded in data, operational insight and sound business judgment
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, routing tools, reporting platforms and technology used to manage operations
  • Required to drive as needed to support customer home visits, delivery ride-alongs, Gallery visits, site visits and operational execution; valid driver’s license required
  • Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
  • Proficiency in English and French is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams

  • Lead Home Delivery Center operations, ensuring excellence across warehousing, inventory, routing, delivery execution and final-mile service
  • Lead, coach and develop teams to drive accountability, engagement, safety and performance
  • Oversee daily workflow, staffing, scheduling, labor planning and resource allocation, using key performance metrics to improve productivity, efficiency, service and quality outcomes
  • Support tactical financial execution, including operational expense management
  • Partner with third-party delivery and logistics providers, ensuring alignment to RH standards, expectations and service requirements
  • Conduct site visits, delivery ride-alongs, customer home visits, Gallery visits and operational audits to assess execution, identify gaps and strengthen performance
  • Address escalated customer concerns with urgency and ownership
  • Participate in network communication by sharing actionables, successes, insights and recommendations that support consistency and continuous improvement
  • Support hiring, onboarding and staffing needs within the business
  • Remain actively engaged in the operation, performing and supporting any function as needed to meet the needs of the business
