Requirements

  • Demonstrate 8–10 years of experience in Sales or GTM Enablement leadership within SaaS, UCaaS, or related technology organizations
  • Lead global or regional enablement teams for 5+ years with proven success in driving measurable business outcomes
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that have demonstrably improved sales performance and revenue metrics
  • Manage large-scale enablement events such as Sales Kick-Off or global training summits
  • Apply sales methodologies (Value Selling, MEDDIC) and CRM processes to enablement program design
  • Communicate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures with strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Utilize enablement and sales tools such as Seismic, Asana, Zoom, or LMS platforms
  • Travel globally up to 30% to support regional teams and events

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Enablement Managers to deliver high-impact training programs across sales, partner, and technical roles globally
  • Partnering with regional and functional GTM leaders to align enablement priorities with business goals and performance metrics
  • Designing and activating scalable enablement programs that translate strategic initiatives into measurable productivity gains
  • Overseeing quarterly launches, planning cycles, and enablement reviews while tracking adoption and business impact through data-driven KPIs
  • Driving enablement execution at major events including Sales Kick-Off, training summits, and weekly learning sessions
