Responsibilities
- Supervise job performance and ensure work completion.
- Perform cleaning routines in an excellent manner.
- Inspect buildings for quality and safety.
- Respond promptly to alarm calls.
- Respond promptly and professionally to ABM and client requests.
- Correspond daily with night supervisor to review operations and receive instructions.
- Provide immediate response to emergency requests.
- Perform quality control inspections including follow up to completion.
- Coordinate substitutes for absent custodians.
- Supervise, inspect and perform tag work.
- Follow directions of ABM supervisors and managers.
