About The Position
Wingstop is a flavor experience serving fresh, made-to-order wings since 1994, with a mission to serve the world flavor with great food and even better service. As a Lead, you are the bridge between crew and management, ensuring smooth operations, high energy, and team focus. You guide Guest Service Experts and support Flavor Experts, setting the pace and leading by example.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Take charge during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
- Support training efforts by coaching new team members and reinforcing standards
- Jump in wherever needed, from the front counter to the kitchen, to keep things running
- Monitor quality, speed, and service to make sure every order meets Wingstop standards
- Help manage inventory, cleanliness, and shift flow
- Communicate with management and keep the crew motivated and on track
- Set the tone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a focus on teamwork
