About The Position

The Lead is responsible for leading all team members in filling product orders in accordance with the need and demand of the customer(s). This role requires constant awareness of product flow, ensuring product being boxed aligns with sales needs, and managing team member tasks and resources. The Lead also plays a proactive role in quality assurance by immediately addressing safety or quality concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and procedure manuals
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees both individually and within a group setting
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Perform all the physical tasks necessary to complete the job successfully
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Up to three months of related experience or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a leadership role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Have constant awareness of product flow
• Make sure that all product being boxed is in conjunction with sales needs
• Responsible for knowing what team member is performing what task and make sure that all team members have the proper tools and supplies needed to accomplish each task
• Take a proactive role in assuring quality products are being produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns
• Other duties may be assigned by department supervisor
