About The Position
We have 3 exclusive Contract-to-Hire openings for Lead Workday Software Engineers within the Banking domain. This role requires a strong technical background with a focus on software engineering, Workday Core HCM, Workday Finance, and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will also possess leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. While location is a consideration, with Plano, TX being the priority, we are also open to strong candidates in McLean, VA, and Richmond, VA. The technical fit, leadership experience, and Workday background are more important than location for an exceptional candidate. This is not primarily a functional Workday role; we need someone who is genuinely technical with a strong software engineering background.
