As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking a highly experienced Lead Welding Engineer - Brazing to join our team on-site in Mesa, Arizona. Reporting to the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead the development, optimization, and implementation of welding and brazing processes for critical components, ensuring precision, reliability, leak integrity, scalability, and cost efficiency in our high-mix, custom manufacturing environment.
