About The Position
The Lead Welder applies thorough knowledge of the job, company policies, and processes to complete a wide range of complex tasks. The role requires independent judgment, resourcefulness, and leadership. The Lead Welder identifies and solves complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity, directs the work of others, and fills in as needed to help meet production goals. The role may also involve participation in safety committees or initiatives, along with other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Typically, 4 or more years of experience.
