Leigh & Co. Events is a fast-growing wedding planning company based throughout the entire United States, currently looking for planners in California. This Lead Wedding Coordinator position is a contract role, offering the flexibility to pick your own schedule, and training is provided. The role involves serving as a lead planner to provide wedding planning services for couples, primarily onsite. You will work alongside client experience managers during the planning phase and assistant coordinators onsite to execute weddings for the 2026 season and beyond. Compensation is $350 for a total of 10-12 hours per project.
