Requirements

Proven experience in water and fire restoration.
Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: WRT, ASD, AMRD, FST, CC highly preferred.
Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
Demonstrate expertise in water and fire damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.
Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
