About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. They bring together over 100 years of experience serving independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This role operates Monday-Friday from 5am to 1:30pm, with potential for schedule changes, overtime, and rotating Saturdays based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds (working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires).
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
• Utilize scanners for locating and putting away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
• Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
• Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
• Responsible for inventory control, including adjustments, returns, and shortages.
• Assist with e-commerce and will-call orders as needed.
• Perform other job-related tasks and follow instructions from supervisors as assigned, subject to reasonable accommodations.
