About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants with over 100 years of experience. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles. The position requires physical stamina, comfort working at heights, and a commitment to safety. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5 am-1:30 pm (or until work is completed), with rotating Saturdays, and may require overtime. This role also includes onboarding and training new hires, supporting operations leaders, assisting with inventory management through cycle counts, and handling adjustments, returns, and shortages. Additionally, support for e-commerce and will-call orders may be required.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Onboard and train new hires.
  • Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
  • Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
  • Responsible for inventory control: adjustments, returns, shortages, etc.
  • Assist with e-commerce and will call as needed.
