About The Position

HF Foods Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HFFG), headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, is a leading distributor of international foodservice solutions to Asian restaurants and other businesses across the United States. With 15 distribution centers strategically located throughout the nation, HF Foods Group aims to supply the increasing demand for Asian American restaurant cuisine. The Lead Warehouse Clerk will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Requirements

Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent time management skills
Successfully pass background checks including criminal history and drug screening
Able to use forklift or pallet jack to move the pallets and/or products
High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of warehouse experience

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus
A forklift driver’s certification is preferred

Responsibilities

Receive all incoming products
Unload inbound shipments from trucks
Verify and complete the delivery receipt. Note damaged or shortage on the delivery receipt and have the driver's initials
Complete all receiving processes in an accurate and efficient manner
Stock received products to the staging area
Complete Replenishment Working Order
Manage stock locations on existing items for correct bin size and location
Report inventory and damages to the manager
Keep the location areas organized
Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager
Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
Other duties as assigned by management
